Our Mission

A Circle of Hope that will not let you disappear.

Anchored by Grace walks alongside women 55+ who are suddenly adrift — reaching out with the right resources, allowing them to take a hand and stand back up with grace, and giving them a Circle of Hope that will not let them disappear.

We exist for the woman who was stable, functioning, and contributing — until divorce, the death of a spouse, or sudden income loss pulled the ground from beneath her feet. She did not fall through the cracks over a lifetime. She fell in a moment.

And she deserves a hand back up.

Our Story

Why this. Why now.

I lived in my car for three and a half months.

Not because I had made a lifetime of bad decisions. Because one marriage ended, and I walked away from it with nothing. No home. No safety net. No one who knew where to look for me.

I know what it is to be invisible. To be overlooked by systems designed for someone else. To wonder if anyone sees you at all.

I rebuilt my life from the ground up. And I did it with grace.

But I could not stop thinking about the women still out there. The ones who had not found their way back yet. The ones the world was still looking past.

Anchored by Grace exists because I made it out — and I could not look away.

Who We Serve

Women 55+ experiencing displaced residency.

These are not women who have struggled their whole lives. These are formerly stable, functioning women — professionals, mothers, community members — who find themselves suddenly adrift through no fault of their own.

Divorce or the end of a long term relationship
The death of a spouse or partner
Sudden income loss or financial crisis
A rent increase, medical bill, or unexpected expense that tips the balance

They are not asking for a handout. They are asking for a hand up.

Hope Circle — Coming Soon

Weekly community gatherings for connection, conversation, a speaker, and fellowship. ABG's front door — a place where no one is invisible.

Anchored by Grace Bridge — Coming Soon

Our prevention program — reaching women before crisis hits with resources, referrals, and support while they still have stable footing.

Emergency Bridge Fund — Coming Soon

Small targeted emergency grants for women on the verge of losing stable housing. A bridge — not a handout — paired with a plan.

Grace Companions — Coming Soon

Trained volunteers who walk alongside women through difficult seasons. Not case managers. Companions — showing up with presence and heart.

Life Reset — Powered by Clarity+ — Coming Soon

Practical skill building for women ready to rebuild. Budgeting, resume writing, computer skills, and confidence — powered by Clarity+, a personalized reflective framework for moving forward with purpose.
